Pastor Sam and Molly Chetty
After Serving 10 years in South Africa Pastor Sam Chetty emigrated to the USA in 2000. He has served in Seattle for 8 years and then to Tennessee and from there migrated to Georgia, Atlanta. He is married to Molly and they have two children and two grandchildren. He is an ex-ultra-marathon runner and still loves his swimming and building.

Delford and his wife Grace has a tremendous passion for God’s word coupled with a love for God’s people. They have dedicated their lives in service to God.

Elvis has helped children, adults understand the Bible for over 20 years. He has administered, taught in Christian elementary and high schools. He is a talented musician and also has a master’s in leadership from Andrews University. Married to Lafane for 22 years and has two children Abigail and Nigel.

Danny Vernon is part of the Pastoral team at Our Journey Church, also serving as an Administrator. Together, him and his wife Helena have a passion for sharing the good news message of the cross of Jesus and his incredible life changing love that he has for us. Helena loves art and beauty sharing God’s gift as a hairstylist.
Ruchelle Deuzan

Ruchelle Deuzan, born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica and married to her best friend of 20 years, Sam Deuzan. A mother of 3 beautiful children; Roshauna, Samantha, and Sam Jr. Ruchelle loves her family and loves the Lord and doing His work. She loves working with children and serving the community. Ruchelle has served as a children’s Sabbath School teacher for about 12 years, worked with the Lakeview SDA Food Pantry for over 11 years, and oversaw the Social Committee for 6 years. Ruchelle loves meeting new people and sharing the gospel with those she meets.

Ben Wheatley
Media/Sound
Ben Wheatley is a dedicated sound engineer at Our Journey Church and a skilled nuclear medicine technologist specializing in cardiology. He and his wife Bev are charter members of this church. Their deep-rooted commitment to both their faith and community is evident in their ongoing service. Ben loves spending time with his grandchildren in his spare time, finding joy in family life and his role as a faithful servant alongside Bev.
